GOURMET SELECTION

Gourmet Selection is not only an exhibition for new ideas but also the flagship show for fine food products with high added value and for the fine food lifestyle.

Every year, it gathers, during 2 days, more than 350 producers and brands and 4,300 retailers (fine food stores, wholesalers, restaurants…).

5 different sectors are represented:

• Savoury: cold cuts and cured meats, condiments, preserves, dairy products, catering or snacking products…

• Sweet: biscuits, chocolate, confectionery, jams, honey…

• Beverages: alcoholic beverages, soft drinks, spirits, teas, coffees and herbal infusions, wines…

• Non-food: gift, decorative items, packaging…

 The exhibition proposes also events which promote products and reveal trends:

• Best Of: this competition rewards the exhibitors’ best products;

• Quintessences: this Best Fine Food Store in France competition rewards shopkeepers who seek to be “good food” ambassadors in their daily business.

• Experts’ Agora: the floor is given to professionals to present the latest news and trends in the fine food market:

• Gourmet Fine Food Store: a real store to help visitors to improve their business or create it.
