Our Grand Salon in particular, brings a stylistic break and a design of great ingenuity to accommodate customizable large-scale projects: optimization of acoustics, modular stage, light effects ... the Grand Salon of the Hotel Salomon de Rothschild was equipped in partnership with JPB Audiovisuel, supplier of high-end solutions; as such, it offers technical audiovisual solutions at the forefront of technology.

The Hotel Salomon de Rothschild is a listed private mansion with contemporary features from the Haussmann period, which is transformed according to the events to bring forth the most beautiful surprises and the greatest emotions. A succession of salons with styles imbued with majesty but also rare gardens over 4,000 sqm are destined to host a unique experience.

Baronne

The Baronne, elegant and refined restaurant, is a recent creation by the Paris Society group, known for its iconic and sophisticated venues.

From the moment you enter, you are transported into a world where luxury meets history. The interior, designed by a young and talented decorator, skillfully blends 19th-century heritage with a refined contemporary touch. The restaurant spans several sumptuous rooms, each adorned with exquisite details such as ceilings with botanical allegories, marble fireplaces, imposing chandeliers, and elegant woodwork.

Baronne’s cuisine revolves around the “grill” concept, offering gastronomy that combines tradition and modernity. The varied and refined menu highlights classic dishes revisited and innovative creations. Each dish is an invitation to a gustatory discovery, enhanced by attentive and personalized service.

The restaurant is open daily for lunch from 12 PM to 3 PM and for dinner from 7 PM to 11 PM. The bar is open from Wednesday to Sunday from 7 PM to 2 AM. A valet service is also available for added convenience.
