Support Functions

The Support Functions include all services that guarantee the smooth running and development of Viparis.

Although tasks vary greatly from one department to another, they generally focus on developing innovative services, ambitious investment policies and relevant services for our partners. 

IT, Human Resources, Finance, Legal Works... There is something for everyone.

Our Jobs : 

Finance

  • Financial Services: In charge of financial management and drawing up the company's budget, divided into 3 main departments: accounting services (general, customer and supplier), customer management and controlling.

Core Functions

  • Human Resources : From recruitment to skills development, including career management, remuneration, industrial relations, general services and employee experience.
  • CSR: monitoring CSR policy commitments and coordination.
  • Internal Communications: distributes information internally (news, strategy, HR communications) and leads the Viparisian community.
  • IT Department: Manages IT infrastructure, monitors business applications and develops IT projects.

Legal Department 

  • Guarantees the legal security of Viparis‘ activities in compliance with the laws and standards in force, the rules of governance of the Shareholders’ Pact and the commitments made to the Competition Authority.

Eloise's experience

I am a Financial Controller and I work with the Sales Department. My responsibilities are varied: developing and monitoring the budget, producing quarterly financial forecasts, participating in the closing process and analysing variances, reporting on performance, improving processes and supporting the sales teams in managing their activities.

What motivates me in my job is that there is no such thing as a typical day: every day is different. I particularly enjoy feeling useful and interacting with a variety of people in a good atmosphere, which makes my daily life stimulating and rewarding.

During my apprenticeship at Viparis, I had the opportunity to work on the Olympic Games for a year. It was a memorable and very challenging experience! I collaborated with new people, developed new skills and discovered what goes on behind the scenes at such a large-scale sporting event. I am proud to have contributed, in my own small way, to the smooth running of the Games and to have played my part.

Audrey's experience

My mission at Viparis is to provide support and legal advice to employees. In concrete terms, I am available to listen to and support the teams and managers.

For me, being a Viparisian means being a caring person who is passionate about his or her work and who knows how to adapt to change.

My advice to future talents who wish to join us: come and work in a good mood and if you wish to join us, you must above all have a taste for helping others!
