Support Functions

The Support Functions include all services that guarantee the smooth running and development of Viparis.

Although tasks vary greatly from one department to another, they generally focus on developing innovative services, ambitious investment policies and relevant services for our partners.

IT, Human Resources, Finance, Legal Works... There is something for everyone.

Our Jobs :

Finance

Financial Services: In charge of financial management and drawing up the company's budget, divided into 3 main departments: accounting services (general, customer and supplier), customer management and controlling.

Core Functions

Human Resources : From recruitment to skills development, including career management, remuneration, industrial relations, general services and employee experience.
CSR: monitoring CSR policy commitments and coordination.
Internal Communications: distributes information internally (news, strategy, HR communications) and leads the Viparisian community.
IT Department: Manages IT infrastructure, monitors business applications and develops IT projects.
Innovation / French Event Booster: Reinventing practices to meet the challenges of transformation / Incubating start-ups dedicated to the events industry.

Legal Department

Guarantees the legal security of Viparis‘ activities in compliance with the laws and standards in force, the rules of governance of the Shareholders’ Pact and the commitments made to the Competition Authority.

What I appreciate about Viparis is the demand for quality and responsiveness. Each Viparis employee gives his or her best to offer partners and colleagues the best possible information systems. This is a source of pride for me and my teams. We are constantly responding to operational needs, we really feel like we are at the heart of the Viparis business and it is very rewarding on a daily basis.

The Finance Department includes various divisions, including Management Control. My job is to provide analysis of financial data through clear and precise reporting.

The strength of Viparis is that it creates a family spirit by bringing together employees who share the same values and objectives.
